What is Actve Learning/ Quiz section on Actve Wizkids?
Actve Learning is a quiz based service aimed at children in the age group of 7-12 years. Through daily quizzes, interesting sections like Did You Know and Famous birthdays and other the service aims at improving a child's general knowledge. Actve Learning is a part of the Actve Wizkids service


Tell me more about what kind of quizzes are available?

1. The quizzes cover a variety of subjects like Indian History, Food, Science, Geogaphy, Cartoons, Literature etc
2. Daily, there will 3 quizzes. Each quiz will focus on a specific subject. Each quiz will have 10 questions. Total of 30 new questions daily.
3. On selection of an answer, in most cases the subscriber may be presented with additional information for some of the answers
4. A score card will be displayed at the end of each quiz

Tell me more about the This Day in History and Famous Birthdays section

1.   Did You Know section highlights interesting facts related to history, literature, science, universe, leaders, countries etc
2.  Famous Birthdays highlights celebrities birthdays by calendar date and and also provides some information about the celebrity

Content is refreshed daily at 10:00 am

How is this different from the last version of Actve Learning where the content was provided by Encyclopaedia Britannica?
Feedback from customers who used the Encyclopaedia Britannica quizzes was that they wanted content that an Indian child could easily relate to. So, in this version all the content on the Quiz service has been tailored and made relevant to a child's environment in India. The quiz questions, this day in history and the famous birthdays will be based on what a child learns in school, what he may see on TV etc.
