The app is available for a free download from the Apple App Store (on iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad devices) as well as the Google Play Shop.

• Download the Tata Sky Mobile Access App using any of the two options:
  a) Click here to visit the iOS app download page or click here to visit the Android app download page
  OR
  b) Search for 'Tata Sky Mobile Access' in theiTunes Store/Google Play Shop and download the App.
  
  
• Ensure you get the MP3 Mobile accessory in order to use your device as a Universal Remote.
  
  
• Ensure that your phone is connected to the Internet.
  
  
• Plug the MP3 Mobile accessory into the audio jack (headphones socket), and open the Tata Sky Mobile Access App.
  
  
• Ensure the volume of the headphones is set to maximum, whilst using the app.
  
  
• Point the MP3 Mobile accessory that is connected to your phone towards the Set Top box /TV/ DVD or Amplifier, in order to use the app as a universal remote.
