Terms and Conditions

The Fantastic Four offer (“Offer”) can be availed of by both New and Existing Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) wherein, You can: Purchase a Tata Sky Digicomp during the Offer Period for Rs 400 less than its MRP i.e., for 1,199, and/or purchase a Tata Sky+ Digicomp for Rs 500 less than its promotional price of Rs 5,999 i.e. for Rs 5,499, provided 4 or more Digicomps are purchased by You individually or alongwith other individuals residing in the same building provided the Digicomps are also installed in the same building.

Persons availing of the Offer shall also have the option of opting in for Tata Sky MDU wiring solution provided Tata Sky receives (a) No Objection Certificate (NOC) for providing the MDU wiring solution and (b) permission for conducting promotional events for a period of one year; from the society/builder without requirement to pay any consideration for providing such MDU wiring solution and conducting promotional events.

Definitions:

Activation: Activation by Tata Sky of the Tata Sky service post installation
Multiroom subscription: a subscription option which allows You to receive the Service on a maximum of three Digicomps in addition to Your Primary Digicomp, under the same Subscriber ID, installed at the same Address at which the Primary Digicomp has been installed.
“New Tata Sky Subscribers”: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary Subscription (first digicomp) on or after 5 February 2010 but before expiry of the Offer period.
“Existing Tata Sky Subscribers”: All Tata Sky subscribers who activate their Primary Subscription (first digicomp) before 5 February 2010 and Multiroom subscription on or after 5th February, 2010 but before expiry of the Offer period.
Primary Digicomp : This is the 1st Digicomp under which your Tata Sky subscriber account is created and a subscriber ID assigned thereto.
Offer period: From 5 February 2010 to 28 February 2010.

All New & Existing Tata Sky Subscribers availing of the Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The Offer can be availed of by contacting Tata Sky customer care representatives at phone numbers specified in the Offer related press advertisement/ leaflets/ banners. These enquiries would be routed by Tata Sky to select Tata Sky channel partners who shall then contact You. Alternatively, You may also be directly contacted by the authorized Tata Sky channel partners.
The Offer is provided by authorized Tata Sky channel partners. Tata Sky is only promoting the Offer and by availing of the Offer, You agree that You shall not hold Tata Sky responsible in any manner for failure of Tata Sky channel partners to provide the discount.
Post activation of Your Tata Sky service, You must subscribe to a package of Your choice within three days of activation of your Tata Sky service; failing which, the Tata Sky service will get deactivated.
The Offer is a special discounted offer and no refund shall be payable to You under any circumstances.
Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the Offer completely.
You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified. These terms and conditions are limited as specified and shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
