Terms and Conditions

1. Referrer Kid – Child / Children of Existing Tata Sky subscribers
2. Reference – Name and telephone number of a Prospective Tata Sky subscriber
3. Offer Period – 6 Dec 2011 till 6 Feb 2012
4. Existing Tata Sky subscriber- A Tata Sky subscriber who is the parent of the Referrer Kid and has a Tata Sky DTH connection in his name and who ensures that he/ his Referrer Kid meets the Offer Eligibility criteria .
5. Prospective Tata Sky subscriber- An individual aged 18 years or above whose reference is provided to Tata Sky under this Program and who is not an existing Tata Sky subscriber.
6. New Tata Sky subscriber- A Prospective Tata Sky subscriber who activates and subscribes to the Tata Sky DTH services pursuant to his name being referred via this Offer.

1. Ensure that the Referrer Kids share a minimum of 5 qualified details of New Tata Sky subscribers.
2. The details must be complete in respect of Prospective Subscriber Name, Prospective Subscriber’s Child Name (“Referree Kid”) and phone number
3. The Existing Tata Sky subscriber’s Tata Sky Subscriber Account must be in active state at the time of receiving the Prize.

1. There is no limit to the number of references that can be shared under this Offer
2. A minimum of 5 references is mandatory in order to be eligible for Goodie bag
3. Existing Tata Sky subscriber must ensure that the reference provided is of a Prospective Tata Sky subscriber
4. For delivery of Goodie Bag please allow for 2-3 weeks from the date of sharing all 5 names (meeting criteria - Parent name and Child Name). In remote locations please allow for more time.
5. The reference shared should be of persons resident within India only having valid Indian address.
6. 100 Zeetos points will be assigned to the account of Existing Tata Sky subscriberonly when Prospective Tata Sky subscriber activates his/her Tata Sky connection within the Offer Period.
7. Upon expiry of the 1 month subscription period of the Supreme Sports Kids Pack the  New Tata Sky subscriber will need to pay the applicable monthly price of the Base Pack to continue to receive the Tata Sky DTH Service. New Tata  Sky subscriber may also choose to subscribe to any other Base Pack available on Tata Sky.
8. Top 5 Referrer Kids (with highest number of references whose parents i.e. New Tata Sky subscribers_buying a Tata Sky connection) will be entitled to go for the Helicopter ride along with total of 4 of their friends / family/ relatives.
9. Parents of the Top 5 Referrer Kids will have  to fly in to Mumbai along with their  Referrer Kids on pre-defined dates at their own cost.
10. The Parents of top 5 Referrer Kids residing outside of Mumbai will need to take care of their and their Referrer Kids travel to and back from Mumbai. Each winning top 5 Referrer Kid travelling to Mumbai alongwith 4 other persons must be accompanied by atleast one adult.
11. The helicopter ride will be for duration of 30 minutes.

13. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
14. Parents of Referrer Kids and Referee Kids acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
15. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
