The Offer is only for new Tata Sky subscribers (“You”). New Tata Sky subscriber means a subscriber who avails the Offer and activates his Tata Sky Service during the Offer Period.

What do you get in this offer?
The Cleartrip vouchers entitle you to cash back on purchases/booking made on www.cleartrip.com site. Please refer table below for offer description and entitlement.

Rs 525	Rs 525 cash back on domestic roundtrip or international roundtrip flights
Rs 1000	Rs 500 cash back on domestic roundtrip flights + Rs 500 cash back on hotel bookings
Rs 2000	Rs 500 cash back on domestic roundtrip flights Rs 750 cash back on international roundtrip flights Rs 750 cash back on hotel bookings
Rs 3000	Rs 500 cash back on domestic roundtrip flights Rs 1500 cash back on international roundtrip flights (min. 2 persons travelling) Rs 1000 cash back on hotel bookings (minimum 2 nights stay)

How to redeem the offer?

You may travel any time in 2011 / 2012 but bookings need to be made between 19 July 2011 – 30 April 2012.
You can select any roundtrip flight / hotel of your choice on Cleartrip.com and proceed with the booking.
During the payment process you will be asked for a coupon code. In this space, type in the Cleartrip coupon code sent to you by Tata Sky.
Proceed with your credit card / debit card / net banking details.
Your cash back amount will be instantly deducted from the total fare during the payment process.
Offer is valid on all modes of payment on Cleartrip.com

Terms and Conditions: General

This is a one-time use code. You may use this code for 1 domestic flight booking, 1 international flight booking and 1 hotel booking, as per your voucher amount. For example, if you have received a code worth Rs 3000, you can use it on 3 separate transactions – one transaction that gives you Rs 500 cash back on a roundtrip domestic flight, one transaction that gives you Rs 1500 cash back on international flights and one transaction that gives you Rs 1000 cash back on a hotel booking. You may use this code on the same day or on different dates within the booking period for each type of booking.
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
This offer is valid only on adult and child bookings, not on infant bookings.
If correct coupon code is not entered then you will not receive any cash back.
The cash back offer is valid per booking and not per person travelling or per room night booked.
In case of cancellations, the booking (in part or full) the cash back availed for the said booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on www.cleartrip.com
Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
By availing the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Offer.
You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
