This Offer is for all “Corporate” employees which refers to employees from the following organizations:

5. Tata Group of Companies

8. TCS
9. Cap Gemini
10. Genpact
11. Tech Mahindra
    

All employees from the organizations mentioned above wishing to purchase a Tata Sky connection will be bound by the following terms & conditions.

The Offer:

Corporate employees buying a Tata Sky connection will be entitled to special offers, which can be availed at http://www.tatasky.com/corporateOffersHome.do

This offer is valid from 1 January 2013 to until the time Tata Sky wishes to withdraw the offer.

For Cognizant employees

The offer can be availed only through their intranet site “CSPECIAL” by logging in. This offer is valid from 1 January 2013 to until the time Tata Sky wishes to withdraw the offer. To avail the ‘offer’ Corporate employee necessarily has to log into their intranet site “CSPECIAL”.

Offer Terms

1. All Corporate employees part of the organizations mentioned above are entitled to avail this ‘offer’.
2. Corporate employees can purchase the set top box (Tata Sky, Tata Sky HD or Tata Sky+ HD) connection online only by paying the applicable price. The price offered above is final and non-negotiable.
3. To avail this ‘offer’ Cognizant employee necessarily has to log into their intranet site “CSPECIAL”.
4. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
5. By availing the Offer, Corporate employees hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Offer.
6. As a Corporate employee you acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
7. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
