Long Duration Packs

Terms and Conditions

LONG DURATION PACKS: comprises of all packs that can be subscribed for duration longer than one month namely quaretely, semiannual and annual packs
Tata Sky subscribers subscribing to the Long Duration Pack shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:  

1. The Long Duration Pack can be subscribed to at a special price as applicable at the time
   
2. You can subscribe to the Long Duration Pack only through the following modes: (i) By logging on to www.mytatasky.com and (ii) by calling the Tata Sky Helpline.
   
3. In order to subscribe to the Long Duration Pack, You must have sufficient Account Balance. In the event You have subscribed to an Annual Base/Add-On Pack not being a promotional pack, You shall get a pro rata credit for the balance unexpired period of the Annual Base/Add-On Pack which can be adjusted towards the price of the Long Duration Pack. Under no circumstances, will you be entitled to a pro rata credit if You are on any Promotional pack.
   
4. With the Long Duration Pack, you get to watch all the channels & interactive services as indicated by Tata Sky during the validity of the Long Duration Pack. Tata Sky shall not be responsible where any channel/interactive service is withdrawn due to factors beyond its control.
   
5. In the event of any increase in the price of any of the channels/packs/interactive services during the validity of Your subscription period to the Long Duration Pack, you will be price protected.
   
6. The Long Duration Pack Offer is being offered to You at a special discounted price and no refund shall be payable to You under any circumstances.
   
7. Your subscription to the Long Duration Pack is valid ONLY for a period of the term of the Long Duration Pack. Post completion of the long duration term, revised prices may apply as determined at Tata Sky's sole discretion.
   
8. On completion of the term of the Long Duration Pack; You agree that You will be automatically migrated to a monthly version where you will continue to get all the channels & interactive services provided at that point of time on the Tata Sky platform but on a daily charge basis; which requires You to have sufficient account balance at all times for uninterrupted viewing. Lack of insufficient funds in Your account will lead to deactivation of Your Tata Sky service. Should You want to avail of the convenience of the Long Duration pack for another term, You will need to opt in for the same, if available at that point of time.
   
9. Subscription to Long Duration Pack does not authorise You to automatically receive any additional services that Tata Sky offers including services like additional Showcase Events or channels like the Topper channel which are not a part of the Long Duration Pack. Subscription to any additional services shall be at an additional cost.
   
10. During the validity of your Long Duration Pack, if You also subscribe to a MultiTV connection &/or any services like the Topper channel which are not part of the Long Duration Pack, You would need to ensure that You have sufficient Account Balance in order to keep your MultiTV connection & or subscription to any additional services active. If the Account Balance in respect of the MultiTV connection &/or any additional service becomes negative, the MultiTV connection shall become de-active &/or the service will be deactivated from Your account i.e. You shall not be able to view the channels & services offered by the Long Duration Pack on your MultiTV connection &/or services subscribed to in addition to Your Long Duration pack on your primary and MultiTV connection till You recharge Your account so as to have sufficient account balance.
    
11. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, to discontinue any channels contained in the Long Duration Pack.
    
12. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the Long Duration Pack completely. However, such a change will be prospective and not retrospective in nature to ensure that the Tata Sky subscribers who have already subscribed to the Long Duration Pack are not inconvenienced in any manner.
    
13. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Long Duration Pack or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
    
14. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified.  These terms and conditions are limited as specified and shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract.
