Terms and Conditions
Tata Sky offers “Free viewing of Ten Action on 25 August 2012” is a promotion offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Subscribers can view Ten Action Channel absolutely FREE on 25 August 2012” on channel number 417.
All Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as "You") who avail of this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Definitions
"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account on the Offer Day
"Offer Period": 25 August 2012
"Subscribers" means a person who agrees to the terms and conditions for availing Tata Sky's services for domestic purposes.
Eligibility
The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active account status. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
Terms & Conditions:
- The channel “Ten Action” a Sports channel channel will be made available free of cost for viewing to entire Tata Sky subscriber base from on 25 August 2012, from 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours.
- On the promotion i.e 25 August 2012, you can enjoy the channel free of cost on your Tata Sky.
- In case you have subscribed to the Ten Action A La Crate Channel or holding any version of Mega Pack you will not get any additional benefits for the promotion. Your subscription charges will continue as applicable.
- Subscribers who wish to view the channel even after the promotion period, you can subscribe to the channel. You can subscribe to A La Carte Ten Action Channel at Rs25 pm by calling the helpline or sending an SMS add teac to 56633.
- Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer or to withdraw it completely.
- Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Offer caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
- You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
- Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Offer related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
