    1. All Master, Visa and American Express Credit Cards are accepted for making purchases on the Tata Sky helpline.
    2. All credit card transactions over the helpline are carried out through a secured payment gateway.
    3. The cardholder must punch in the credit card details on the secured IVR system with the help of the phone pad.
    4. At no point must the cardholder disclose his/her credit card number, date of expiry or the CVV number over the call to anyone.

    1. All Master, Visa, Diners and American Express Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted for transactions on the payment gateway available through the Tata Sky website. Cardholders can also transact using the net banking option.
  • Terms & Conditions - General
    1. Tata Sky does not engage in direct retail activities. Payment gateway on the Tata Sky website is being provided by BillDesk (India Ideas.com) using the Citibank payment gateway and on the Tata Sky helpline is being provided by Atom Technologies Limited using the ICICI Bank and HDFC bank payment gateway. Delivery of the Tata Sky is being done by Tata Sky authorized distributor and annual pack subscription charges are being collected by Tata Sky.
    2. Delivery shall be made within 5-7 working days. For Tata Sky UHD 4K connections, delivery and installations could take up to 2 weeks or more. Tata Sky is not liable for any delayed deliveries. All offers availed over a weekend will be executed on Monday and will follow the delivery norms as stated above.
    3. Cardholder must verify the contents of the package before accepting delivery. After verification, the Cardholder must sign the Work Order.
    4. Cancellation and refund of transaction(s) will be resolved on a case to case basis. Cardholder must allow for 10 working days in case of a refund. This is required for delivery/non delivery verifications.
    5. On activation of the Tata Sky service, standard terms of the Subscription Contract will apply.
    6. The success and failure of a card transaction is at the sole discretion of the card issuing bank. Tata Sky assumes no responsibility for any dispute arising therefrom.
    7. EMI facility is provided by the card issuing bank and Tata Sky has no control or responsibility for the same. For queries on EMI, the Cardholder must consult with the credit card issuing bank. Tata Sky takes no responsibility for refusal of EMI by the credit card issuing bank or any dispute regarding the same.
    8. Tata Sky shall not be responsible for any fraudulent or disputed transactions. In case of a dispute regarding any card/net banking transactions made by cardholder through the Tata Sky helpline/website, the same must be resolved by cardholder directly with Your Bank/Credit card issuer. You agree to not make Tata Sky a party to any such dispute. Tata Sky shall not be liable to You/ cardholder for any consequence arising out of any fraudulent or disputed transactions.
    9. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this purchase facility or to withdraw it completely or to change the composition of this purchase facility.
    10. Tata Sky shall not be responsible in case of any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear network, disruption in the network. Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the cardholder and the mobile operator without involving Tata Sky.
    11. Tata Sky will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the cardholder if the purchase facility is cancelled and/or withdrawn by Tata Sky or if cardholder is not able to avail the facility due to a Force Majeure Event including without limitation for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Tata Sky such as war, natural calamities, floods, epidemics, pandemics, failure of telecommunication network, satellite technology failure etc.
    12. By making a purchase over the Tata Sky helpline or website, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the purchase facility available over the Tata Sky helpline/website.
    13. Any disputes, differences or questions, which may arise at any time hereafter between Tata Sky and cardholder touching the true construction of this Agreement or performance of the obligations or enforcing any rights and/or liabilities of the Parties hereunder, shall be first amicably resolved between the Parties within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which such dispute was raised by a Party and communicated to the other Party in writing failing which the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and shall be subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended or any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Mumbai and the Courts at Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with the arbitration proceedings and the awards in accordance with law. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language. The award passed by the arbitrators shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
    14. Subject to the arbitration clause, these terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of India and the Parties agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
    15. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
