  • Commercial

    We are defined by constant innovation and never-ending passion. Our team comprises of Subscriber Marketing, New Product Development, Analytics and the new age Tata Sky 2.0. New Product Development creates and manages the rich portfolio of Tata Sky services & products to incessantly enhance customer experience and create a strong platform of differentiation. Subscriber Marketing has the key tasks of the customer life cycle management through revenue enhancement, retention and engagement for linear services, VAS and Tata Sky mobile app. Analytics supports through business planning, reports and analysis, visualization, machine learning, campaigns and IT implementation. Together we drive growth and profitability with values.

  • Communications

    We manage how the Tata Sky brand should be projected to the world. We work with other teams and seek out new and innovative ways to do so. Our team comprises of Brand, New Age Marketing, PR, Research, Subscriber Communications and B2B Revenue. The Brand team drives both business and brand metrics through its various ATL Campaigns. New Age Marketing team works to build a delightful brand across digital platforms. PR is responsible for strategizing and executing communication for reputation management for the brand. The Research team’s vision is to be the driving force behind consumer-led decision making. Subscriber Marketing develops strategies to drive penetration of Tata Sky products through campaigns for the subscribers. B2B Revenue team works towards monetizing the reach of Tata Sky through advertisers. Together we are the custodians of the Tata Sky brand.

    At Tata Sky we don’t look at ourselves solely as a DTH platform but as a content platform and that is why content forms the core of Tata Sky. Our belief is that good content must be made available to consumers not just in the traditional linear format but also in new age dissemination methods such as Video On Demand, Tata Sky Services and on-the-go on our Mobile App. With 600+ channels and services,a multi-faceted Mobile App and Video On Demand service, we may be the leaders in the industry, but we are not content to rest on our laurels, rather we are always looking ahead in the direction of creating consumer delight with newer innovations.

  • Customer Operations

    We are the company’s ‘Skin’ in more ways than one. The customer may not come for the service proposition; however, it is our service that makes them stay with us as we are easy and simple to deal with. We are comprised of Inbound Operations, Outbound Operations, Non-Voice Service desk and Customer Experience team. Inbound Operations ensures that every interaction with the customer is wonderful. Outbound Operations adds a great portion of revenue and saves our valuable customers from churn. The Non-Voice Service Desk manages and resolves all customer issues received from non-voice sources. The Customer Experience team supports all other functions in Customer Operations to make our customers’ experience as smooth as possible.

    Sales as a vertical is one of the key functions in the company.  We are the face of Tata Sky and the engine pulling the rest of the teams towards a common goal. Tata Sky reaches out to prospective customers in multiple ways – not only through retail outlets in the market but also directly to homes, corporates, housing complexes, hotels and hospitals among others. Our aim is to build and sustain the best-in-class sales and distribution infrastructure through execution excellence.

  • Technology

    We support the business by providing state-of-the-art technical infrastructure and by catering to its growth and expansion when required. Our team comprises of Technical Operations, Consumer Technology, Test Systems, Field Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, Facilities and Accounts. Our Broadcast centre at Chhatarpur was built using the most modern and latest technologies without making any compromise. Almost all the equipment setup is 100% redundant in nature with automated and seamless switchovers in case of faults or failures. It is also designed to cater to the growth of the business requirements for its expansion in the most convenient way without disturbing the existing infrastructure.
